Comment Form Not Showing Under Posts

I have comments enabled on my posts, but do not see a comment form. I've always had it appear by default. How do I add it?

I refreshed my cache and it showed up. Apparently, changes don't readily show up when you have caching plugins enabled. I am learning.

Our recommendation is to disable the caching plugin during the site development stage :)
