Comma and apostrophe out of position on Arctic headings

Hi,

I am using the arctic theme (at least I think I am, I can't find where to check this?) on my site and have noticed that commas and apostrophes appear one place before they should in a heading. You can see an example on the home page in the title for Wall Decor Ideas that Look Expensive But Aren't. The apostrophe in aren't appears in the wrong place, but it is in the right place in the post editor.

Any ideas on why this is and any fixes?
