Columns and Plugins

1. I have GP Premium and I am using Beaver Builder Lite, the plugins “Custom Sidebars” and “Fullwidth Page Templates” both by WPMN.DEV. Do I need these plugins if I have GP Premium? Does GP Premium do the same things?
2. How do I get the top of the video column to line up with the other 2 columns and how do I make each column height fixed so that all three columns are the same?
3. Is it possible to make header, including menu, name and byline sticky?

1. Tough question to answer. Page builders aren't required but it sure makes things easier for people without any coding knowledge. Not sure what you use Custom Sidebars for but I'd assume there are features in there that GP doesn't. Full Width Templates should be able to replace by this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/
2. All three columns are the same height and lineup to me? You might need to check with BB as that's from them.
