Tom, in the Customizer, what is Colors>Forms customizing?

It’s for the “Leave a Comment” section in your blog posts 🙂
As well as other forms that appear around your website unless you style them separatedly.
It also takes care of the color of class=”button” links.i.e. Within form customizer you change also the look of your CF7 forms
