[Support request] Colors

Hello Support,

Someone somewhere on the web … it could
have been GP-theme or Google … let me know
that the grayish color of the text on my site
… http://www.understand-culture.com … might be
too weak-low-soft for folks to read it clearly.

Please point me to where on the backend I can
experiment with different text and/or background
colors.
