Hello!!
I am having problems with the customization of parent items colors on Primary Navigation. Instead, sub-menu items are working ok. I don't understand what is going wrong.

Hi there,
looks like you installed the Bold site - this installs a Header Element with the Merged Header and Transparent Navigation colors options:

TLDR:
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Elements.
Find the Merged Header Element - quick Edit it and change its status to draft... or you can delete it.
