colored header on sidebar

Is there anyway to make my sidebar look like this?

looks like you're using the Block Widgets.
I would use the GenerateBlocks plugin ( the free version will do ):
Then use a GB Headline Block for your titles, as you can set its colors and padding to give you that affect.
it doesn't work, I even tried to use it in group.
