Color Picker - Customize

MESSAGE: I added generate_default_color_palettes code (https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_default_color_palettes/) to my generatepress child theme functions.php. Then I went to one of my pages (https://shelley.wordkeeper.net/local-guide/) and opened a headline block > Colors > Text Color, and the color picker does not have colors.

What am I doing wrong please? Also is there a place in Appearance > Customize or some other global wp place where I can view the color picker or is it only viewable on pages and posts etc.? I would submit screenshots but I can't see how here. Thanks.
