Color of Posttitle if it is a link

I have 2 questions:
1. If I set in customizer (color - body) the link color, then the titles in blog archive gets also this color. How can I set the color for titles in blog archive and on blog homepage separate?
2. What is the difference in customizer between color body and color content. In both sections I can set a linkcolor.

1. Use the setting in Customizer > Colors > Content > Blog Post Title/Blog Post Title Hover
2. Here you can see the difference. The body background is blue and the content background is red:
