Color Change of Entry Meta Links Hover

Maybe I do not understand correctly what is the meta links hover.
I want to change blue color of the links (the texts "Tancici bozstva v Kerale" and "Chasidske pouti do Polska" to a different color. How can I do it?

Customizer > Colors > Body --> this is a global color and will apply across the site.

It can be overridden in specific areas:

Customizer > Colors > Content --> Link ---- This will change just the links within your content. This is the one you want to change.
