color border button

Hi there.
I have a problem with the border color in the button.
If you see the images I try a border color but that doesn't appear I'd like to white color for the border but I can't.
I look in the documentation section (https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/color-picker-overview/)but I don't try anything to help me.

The border doesn't appear.

How can I resolve this issue?
