Coach Theme: personalised header but Customizer keeps showing original header

I actually have two questions:
1. When I open the Customiser, it still shows the original Coach Theme header. Is that normal? The Customiser shows all other changes properly.

2. On a mobile phone, the site shows the original Coach Theme header. How can I change that?

Obviously, I am entirely new to the world of web development.

1. That's not normal. Sounds like a caching issue to me.

Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any weird conflict happening?
