Co Author Plus

I am trying to install a Co Author biline using the plugin Co Author Plus. In looking at the GP template-tags.php they are saying I need to modify the code to one of their settings see this link

I want to use this option of their theme:
Outputs the co-authors display names, with links to their posts.

but can’t seem to make it work or display on the posts. Tom if you can point me in the right direction I would truly appreciate it.

Tom, That worked like a charm!
In the WordPress library it says Co-Author Plus has not been tested on the GP Theme. Well it has and it works great!!
