CLS problems on pagespeed

I have my homepage causing a problem on CLS pagespeed with this element:

Why is this happening?
Unfortunately it's impossible for us to help with this issue without seeing the site live.
The theme itself does not have any CLS issues.
The best thing to do here is to create a staging site so you can provide the link.

I'm not sure - it could be the content itself but we can't tell without seeing the issue live.
You can either start a staging site for us to see or we can revisit this issue when the site is live and ready for public views.
I'm sorry to ask, but if you are not sure, and you mention that it could be the content itself, why are you asking me to create a staging site (with my client content?) if you know that I have client rules?
Hopefully it can be another way to try to understand why is this happening..
There isn't another way to identify the issue without seeing it live unfortunately.
Please comment here again when you can provide either the live site or staging site.

CLS is case to case basis though, it may be from an ad, something loading late, or many other more, and we can’t make an assessment without seeing the live site. Hope you understand.
