After I changed the ToC according to your message the troubles seem solved. But now since 2 weeks there are CLS problems again..
If I see it right it has to do with no image sizs for the logo but I’, not sure since Google is not so good at explaining things in a normal way. I’ve added the latest report in private information. Hope you can give me the right direction 🙂

not seeing any CLS issues in the Lab Data.
One thing we are aware of is that the Layoutshift API can capture CLS from site visits that are related to Hover Menu Dropdowns. The current fix and best practice is to to change your dropdown menus to Click. We’re looking at some fixes for that in the future ( but ideally hoping that google reworks their algorithms ).
