CLS Issue with Header

I'm having issues with my header shifting. It's almost going from a larger height, down to its proper height on the load.
I've tried some of the other solutions I've found on the forum but can't get anything to work.
I do not have a lazy load in place currently.

Can you disable the caching plugin so we can take a closer look at the code?

When the caching plugin is deactivated, the header layout shift issue is gone.

Hmm, I'm still seeing it. Let me disable the server? I have my dev tools disabling server cache.
EDIT: I disabled the server cache.
Hmm looks good now, ya. What's weird is with my caching plugin I only had browser and page cache enabled. Why would that cause that?
I'm sorry but I'm not an expert of the caching plugin, maybe reach out to the cache plugin support see if there's any settings need to be adjusted?
