CLS Issue on Desktop Related to Menu

I am having a CLS issue that seems to relate to the menu. From the pagespeed insights when throttled, I see the menu stretched out over 5 rows / covering half the screen before reverting to the eventual position. This only happens in desktop mode. Please advise how to fix.

if i test your site with WP Rocket disabled by adding the ?nowprocket query string to the URL, then there is zero CLS ( and it has a higher score... go figure ).
So the issue comes from a WP Rocket setting, it will be one of the CSS optimizations it is applying, you will need to eliminate which one is causing it.
