cls issue

Hi,
I have a CLS issue that keeps getting flagged in the 'what users are experiencing' section of google pagespeed insights on mobile. I pass the live test on mobile, however, I can't work out where the CLS that users are experiencing may be coming from. I'm not sure if it's because of some adjustments I made to my nav menu and a block I have as my content hero back around 2 months ago as this has only become an issue in the last couple of months.
Any ideas what the issue may be?

i ran a few tests on that URL - the only potential causes of CLS i could see is the pop-up advert and video adbox that appears at the foot of the mobile viewport.

Hi David,
Would you happen to have any screenshots or videos that may help Mediavine support identify the CLS you are seeing? I contacted them and they said they don't appear to be seeing anything. They also mentioned the video is an overlay so it shouldn't be shifting anything.

Well - the fun of CLS hunting.
Yesterday it showed up on first test, today, it took 6 tests to get something back:

Its not always this element, but it shows that some style changes are occurring post loading.
I also noted that you have a custom system stack font of Arial, Helvetica, Sans-Serif.
In my tests, when i really throttle the network and choke the processor, i could see the switch from my System ( -apple-system as i am on MacOS ) to Arial. Its a real tiny change and did not result in any CLS.
However if the device had a narrower screen or a different system font, it may do.
You may want to simply use the default system stack if the issue above isn't a problem.

That's super helpful. Thank you for taking the time to re-create the CLS shift. I have to admit I don't know what it means exactly but I will pass that on to Mediavine for them to take a look.
Regarding the minor font change, I'd like to implement your suggestion as I'm not really too bothered about the font as long as it's arial first. I've currently got the 'body' set to arial and everything else set to inherit. is this where I make the change to system stack? I've taken a screenshot of the setting I am talking about.

Regarding the font, and your screenshot - yes thats correct.
I meant to write CLS 'shift', but mistyped. Whoops! Now corrected.
