CLS issue

Hi
I have tried many diffrent settings now, but I get a CLS warning and renderblocking warning all the time
I have a blog post and uses an element for creating the hero section.
Using this method on other websites, where there are no issue.
Can you help me with this?

so you have Litespeed CSS optimisations on the site.
What happens if you disable those?

I have changed the setting a bit... all 100 now.
