CLS From making Blocks Reusable?

First off, I love the level of support I see here. I've been rebuilding a site for speed with generateblocks.

From the crypto theme, I had made some changes. Then made a block reusable.

Two versions of the theme are:

The first version is close to your original and has no cls. The 2nd looks . . . almost exactly the same, and fails.

How do I debug something like that?

You can compare the ways adding image and defining image size of the two pages.
