CLS bug with centered logo

Hello,

After trying GP Premium, we found that there is an issue with the logo when choosing to put it as centered before the main menu.
This will cause a major shift on desktop and Google CLS will be high. We tried on a clean install without any plugin and using different kind of logo.

We tried to do the same with Twenty Twenty official wordpress theme and the bug doesn't appear with this theme. So I guess it comes from the way the image size is generated fist.

Can anyone look into this issue ?

Sorry the website is in development and can’t be publicly accessed.

You can’t try to set a center logo on your side ?

How are you centering the logo, exactly? Using one of our options?

Hello Tom,

Yes, with the following settings :

Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header : header alignement : center
and
Appearance > Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation : navigation position : below header

I am not seeing a CLS issue using those settings on my test install.
Are you using a Lazy Loader or running any Cache / Optimization plugins ?

Fixed, problem was not coming from generatepress
