CLS and ul (list shifting) with GP

I am using google dev tools and when I run the page thru the performance to figure out the CLS issue. It shows a layout issue with my lists. example page https://happiestcamper.com/how-to-make-a-reading-pillow/
The two spots in the post as you scroll and when you hit the list spot for supplies in the post not always but most times in google dev tools it triggers a layout shift.
Any ideas as to what is causing that to happen and how to remedy it?

That CLS is from an ad that loads between the image and the "supplies for reading pillow" heading.
This isn't something the theme controls, unfortunately.
Consider replacing the ad plugin the site uses with another one that loads faster and/or lets you control where it displays.
