Clicking on various options not working (widgets, media etc)

Hello.
I just started a new site with the generatepress and thrive architect.
I found it not working when I click on any option of the other facilities e.g. media, widgets
Also when I click save any post , it shows *updating failed. the response is not a valid json response*
Please help to solve it.

go to Settings > Permalinks and click save a couple of times.

Can you disable all other plugins aside from GP Premium to check for a conflict.
