I would like to make images like the ones below the hero image on this page: https://www.swiminn.com/sv%C3%B8mning
1) How do I make the text on top of the image?
2) How do I make the image clickable?
3) How do I make the hover effect with the and button?

GeneratePress doesn't have a built-in solution for this.
Are you using any sort of page builder/content builder? If so, perhaps they have an option you can use?
If not, it will take custom development to write the necessary HTML/CSS.
