Clickable elements are too close etc. (Google search)

Hello,
Google search console says my website's clickable elements are too close and elements are wider than the screen. This is in terms of mobile screens. Although the screenshot they provide is wildly different from what I see when opening the page on mobile. -Any idea as to why this happens?
