Clickable and Responsive Table

I'm trying to create a table that can easily be clicked to jump to various sections of a page just like the 4 tables near the top of this page: https://solarpowerrocks.com/colorado/
Is there an easy way to html code a table like that? Or a plugin that I can use? The content that I'm creating is long and I really need a good way to jump to sections. I know how to link words to sections and all that but I really want a table!

You would likely need to use some sort of HTML table generator. If you pop that phrase into Google you'll find tons of them.
Then copy the HTML and paste it into the "Text" tab in the editor :)
