I am trying very hard but don;t know, why click button is not working

Hey there,

This is the WP admin panel, GP has no control over it.

I would recommend posting your question in the WP support forum.

You could also try debugging yourself, first of all, disable all plugins, if you are using a child theme, switch back to the parent theme. If that fixes the issue, re-enable plugins one at a time to narrow down which one is causing the issue.
