Clean install of Dispatch defaults to full-width below 2nd nav

I'm setting up a new WP site w/ GeneratePress, and when I install the Dispatch via Site Library, part of the page defaults to full-width instead of a clean container view.

Do I need to modify any settings to make it look like the demo?

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Looks like it was the "Post and Page Builder" plugin from BoldGrid (Ver 1.14.0) that was creating the conflict. I disabled that plugin since I'm not currently using it. Thanks for your help!
