Choose one category for blog page

Hi Thomas,
I am looking for solution with my problem. I can create some shortcode, but maybe you can help me better.
I want choose one category of posts to blog page. I have categories like ,,news" ,,cars" etc. And in my wall/blog i want to show only posts from ,,news" category. Is it possible?

I would recommend Tom's WP Show Posts plugin: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
It allows you to display any posts anywhere plus some blog customization.

Yes i know about GP posts and I want to buy it, but its about main blog page.
