Choose Element Block or GenerateBlocks?

hello how are you?

now i want to add one block before my site footer and i attached one screenshot and resource url in the private information.

i checked the generatepress youtubue channel and other resources. pls kindly recommend the best option between Element Block or GenerateBlocks when designing and editing this section?

Yes that's correct. That's the recommended way of achieving this effect.

You'll have to created this layout with GenerateBlocks within a Block Element and hook it to generate_before_footer and set its display rule to the page you want this displayed.
