Child theme functions.php not working

It appears my functions.php in my GP child theme (the one you made) isn't working... none of the code snippets are working?
Have you actived the child theme on Appearance => Customize ??
The GP theme must be installed and the child theme activated...

If the theme is activated and the functions are correct, they should definitely be working.
What functions do you have in there?
