child theme enforcement?

Hi Mike
Was wondering why you dont enforce child theme use like Genesis does?
Just curious, not a complaint, but maybe a good idea for you and your custs?
Bummer, this suport forum doesnt have image viewing/enlargement?
Child themes are really only necessary if you're overwriting template files or adding custom ones. There's some more info on that here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-child-theme/
