Child Theme Doesn't Work Any Longer

The child theme you guys sent me doesn't work any more with the GP plug in. It's the
generatepress_child theme you provided.
What do I need to do?
It says, "GP Premium requires GeneratePress to be your active theme. Install now."
Hi John,
It should definitely be working still - we haven't received any other reports on this.
Is the parent theme still installed?
