Checkout text not visible in customizer

Hi,
The checkout text that normally would be visible in the customizer, is not there. How is this possible? I do see it in other installations.

Hi David,
Normally, you would be able to see the "your personal data is only being used to..." text under the terms and conditions page selector in the customizer panel.
However, it's not there?
Aah the Customizer field.... try changing the Terms and conditions page to another page and back again.

Can the [terms] and [privacy_policy] be translated?
