Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty.

Hi, since changing the theme to generatepress users have had a issue when placing an order, once payment successful and order is received, they receive a message saying "Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty." rather than the confirmation stuff. Any ideas? tried cache ect. Thanks.

I can't see how this is a GP related issue as the checkout side of things are all handled by WooCommerce itself.
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and WooCommerce to test first?
If the issue still exists, can you try activating a twenty series WP themes to test if the issue occurs there as well?
Seems to still do it, just weird how today when i changed theme over customer reports the issue.

check in Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced --> Checkout endpoints >> Order Received.
This should be a unique slug for your order received page. More info on that here:

Hi, yes its all set correctly but when order complete says page missing :/
Sorted it, checkout page was draft which was causing the issue i beleive.
Aah that would be an issue as the order-received is an endpoint for that page.
