Check out has area's greyed out

Hey, I'm a developer working on my own website, but I'm having an issue with woocommerce and Dokan. It all works except when you get to the checkout screen. you get the order and payment greyed out, with an endless loop. I've spent 2 days trying to work out what's wrong with it, but haven't had any luck.
The only issue I have to go off at the moment is, Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 () /wc-ajax=update_order or wc-ajax=apply_coupon
I can use css to get rid of the grey boxes, but then when using paypal to do a transaction, a bar comes up that's red saying it failed.

All products etc are just being tested now.
I'm unsure if you're able to help, but I thought it might be theme related.

Hi there,
the Checkout is handled by the Woocommerce plugin - GP doesn't interfere with those templates.
But as its a 403 error i would check with the host as their may be a mod_security wall or something other security feature that is blocking it.
