Charge Theme - Changing Front Page Featured Image Size and Alignment.

The featured images on the front page are a more vertical shape and are out of alignment with each other.

I want the size to be more landscape and be aligned like this website:

How do I go about achieving this?

you can edit the Block Element > Content Template found in Appearance > Elements.
