Changing width of website

Hi there,
My website current looks like this:
But I would like it to look like this :
How do I expand the width of the site to do this? I don't see the option in Customize.

It's overwriting the setting in the customizer:

I have removed that CSS but still the look on the site is the same? How do I achieve the second image I sent? At the moment, the only way is by manually zooming out in the browser.

Hi there,
you would have to reduce the Container Width in Customizer > Layout > Container. Currently it is 1405px - which is wider then the average laptop screen.
