Changing width of individual container widths and how to center them

Hello, with the new update I'm struggling to figure out how to change the width of individual containers and centering them on the page, the only method that seems to work which isnt ideal is messing with the margins on the left and right side. Any advice?

To answer your question:

Yes :) - Feel free to give it a shot. You can't break anything and everything can be undone :)
