First of all wishing you all a happy 2020!

I want to change the design of my website and move it to a full width (currently i have a container width of 1540 px) and i wanted to ask:
1.Are there any special considerations besides increasing the container width I should take into account when making this change?
2. I have used elementor for some of my pages, do i need to take any action to avoid major problems?
3. I also will need to take away the side bars in some of my pages, what would be the best way to do this?

Thanks so very much for your kind help!
Catalina.

Hi there and Happy New Year

there should be no issues you increasing the container width.
For making dynamic changes to layout such as removing sidebars then check out the Layout Element:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/

If you're looking to build out 'full width' pages with Elementor you would be better off setting the Page Builder Container to full width which can also be set in the Layout Element.

Thanks so much David, I will give it a try and hopefully have no problems, really helpful video :-)

You're welcome :)
