changing theme Thrive to GP, feature image become GIF format

my site was running thrive focus blog theme, after changing the theme, now all featured image of the post changed to GIF, for this no feature image loading well,
how can i fixed this
Hi there,
GP does not make changes to any content you add. It would most definitely not convert images to another file format.
Try disabling any other plugins or 3rd party image optimization services.
after changing the theme , initially faced image loading issue in content body nd feature image but after disabling Jetpack plugin, now load well image but the problem only feature image, automatically converted GIF format
GP doesn't have the ability to change the featured image format at all.
The featured image and media library are both handled by WordPress 100%.
Have you tried disabling all plugins to test?
Does the same issue occur if you test it with a twenty series WP theme>
