[Support request] Changing the main menu on free GP

Hi, I’m using the free version of GeneratePress, and I want to change the main navigation menu. Mainly the text, but I can’t figure it out the CSS to target the menu items. I want to change the background color to white (which I know how to do) and the text to off black: #222222. Any help would be appreciated.
