Changing the look of the header portion on each blog post

Hello,

I'm having trouble changing the way my blog posts look. Right now, the featured image is being displayed at the top, which I would like to get rid of and replace with a simple container that holds the post title.

I'm attaching screenshots of what the current post looks like, and another screenshot of what I would like it to look like.

Basically, I want to use a featured image for each post, but I want that image to only appear on the blog archive page, along with each blog excerpt.
On each individual post page, I would just like the post title in a plain container, displayed right at the top and then the blog entry to follow.

I've tried changing the Blog Post Header element, but nothing has resulted from it. The most that happens is no image displays at the top, but I"m left with a giant chunk of empty space I can't get rid of. This happens if I try to remove the header section in the Blog Post Header element.

Any help would be much appreciated. I also included log-in details if needed.

Hi there,

Can you provide the site URL?

Thanks :)

Shoot, I'm sorry

Can you link me to a single post in question?

I clicked around but couldn't find one in the menu.

Sure, here it is.

Okay, done. I honestly don't remember why it was there. Perhaps it came with the theme and I didn't draft it?

I've tried to remove the featured image from the individual posts using the Customization option, through the Disable Elements Feature... None of it works. I must be missing something.

Never mind, I eventually figured it out. Thanks anyway.

Hi Lina,

Can you share a link to a sample post where we can observe the issue? I viewed the "Sample Entry" post and I can see that there's no Featured image shown already on the frontend.

I see. Glad you resolved it!
