Changing the date of my copyright notice

You'll see on my website that I've inserted a copyright notice at the bottom of the page. Can't remember how I did it. But it's not in widgets or hooks. Problem is, I can't find the text to update the year from 2017 to 2018. Can anyone help please?
Take a look under Layout --> Footer. There's a copyright notice section at the bottom.

That looks like it could be in hooks as well.
Check if there's anything in Appearance > GP Hooks.
