Changing the comment title

Hey all,

I've been searching to change the title of the comments section on the blog, but I couldn't find a way without installing a plugin.

Currently it says 'x thoughts on <title of the post>'. Is there a filter or something that I can input in the functions.php to overwrite this and change it?
