[Support request] Changing phone number in the Footer

Hello guys!

I went to Appearances and click on the Footer.

When I changed the phone number for example; reversed to the original phone number?

I can’t edit that Footer 🙁

Any ideas?

Hi there,

so in Appearance > Elements – you edit the Footer element, and those changes don’t save?
Does it show any errors when you try to save it ?

I noticed that it is easier to change in the HTML editor.

There are two places to change and it’s all done! No special skills are needed, just type the new text.

For some reason, it doesn’t work in the visual editor, but you must make the changes twice in the HTML.
