Changing Menu / Taxonomy Hover Color In The Scribe Template

For the life of me I cannot find where to change the taxonomy hover color in the scribe theme. This isn't the main menu but the purple clickable menu items under the latest articles section (science, technology, etc.).
I'd specifically like to change the purple hover color to 29ABE2

You may go to Appearance > Elements > “Archive Cards”, and modify the color of the Button Block there: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Lu0mo2e
If you’re referring to a different button, kindly let us know. :)
I found it. You can edit it from within the archive card content template.
