Changing Font and size in header content

Hello,
Would anyone know how I can change the font and size of text in the header content?
Is this H1?

When I change the text in the customise menu for H1, it doesn't seem to change the custom header content.

If you want H1 style in your header content then wrap the text in H1 tags example:

<H1>Your content goes here</H1>
