Changing Colour of Back to Top Button

Hi.
I go to Colors >> Footer >> Back to Top Button >> Background and change the hex code.
But the colour of the button does not change from the default.
What am I doing wrong?

Any child theme or caching plugins?
If not, can you disable all plugins and give it another shot?
No child theme or caching plugins. I disabled all plugins and I still was not able to change the colour.

Can you send me the dashboard login with all other plugins disabled?
