Changes not rendering across the site

Hi
For the starter, I've cleared the cache and tried incognito mode. I made some changes to the site logo and appearance. Everything is fine in the browser I'm updating on. But it is not showing up in other browsers such as Firefox or even same browser but on other devices for the whole site. Changes appear only on homepage and not on other pages. Example - It shows old logo on different pages but new one on homepage. Same for mobile, changes not updated on mobile too.
Is there a setting I'm missing to make the edits sitewide? something to toggle on?

can you disable the W3 Total cache, and any other optimization plugins you may have, so i can take a closer look ?

OK, i now open your site in an Incognito / Private browser ( it has no Caching ) and checked the site, and all the pages now have the same style.
So it looks like the W3 Total Cache needed clearing.
That sounds about right. So I cleared browser cache but forgot site cache, my bad. Thank you.
